The Story Behind this Postcard
This faded beauty stands tall with her head nowhere to be seen—the hurricane that swept thru her life left her bitterly holding her sword. She is atop a family tomb in the center of  Cypress Grove Cemetery, a Mid-city cemetery gem. There are many architectural delights in this Cemetery Central section of the city-just take the bus called cemeteries on Canal and go away  from the River to where Canal Street ends or arrange a private viewing when you finally make it  here!
